What type of boxes can your machines erect?

What type and sizes boxes can your models erect?
Generally boxes are double wall or triple wall with sizes from 34″ x 46″ up to 45″ x 47″ with variable depths. Custom sizes can be accommodated in most cases.
How many boxes per hour can you erect?
The model 7000 automatic rectangular box erector can erect up to 30 boxes per hour due to hot melt glue curing time.
What model erectors do you offer?
Automatic rectangular box erectors, automatic octagonal box erectors, semi-automatic octagonal or rectangular box formers.
Do the boxes require glue when being erected?
The model 6200 octagonal and rectangular box former and the model 6000 octagonal box erector do not require glue.
What is the difference between semi-automatic and automatic models?
The semi-automatic model 6200 requires the operator to manually place each box into the box former shoes and pry it open slightly, then uses the operator controls to finish forming the box, while the automatic models require the operator to load a full stack of boxes into the flat box magazine. All operations from there are automatic.
Can your models handle more than one box size?
The automatic models can generally only handle one size box. The model 6200 semi-automatic box former can be supplied with adjustable forming shoes to accommodate different box sizes. Changeover generally takes 30 minutes to an hour with tools required.
